Interior Design On The Go: Making Work Portable

Monday, March 29th, 2010

I remember my days on my college campus fondly. The smell of fall in the air as the first semester of the teach year started. It was not long until I was assigned my first design projects of the term. Life over ambitious, of course I wanted to make the most impactful and awe-striking presentation boards. The only problem was that I lived on the opposite corner of campus from the interior design instruction gift…ugh…which meant the larger the boards, the more “sailing away” would take place during the travels to and from class. If you don’t already know, design boards are heavy, large, trying to maneuver and expensive! So the last thing you want to take place is to have your project glide away in the wind, or worse yet, having the large flat object produce you to glide into traffic!

Custom Copper Designs,Interior Design, Choice of Furniture

Friday, March 26th, 2010

Interior design is very vital in peopleâ??s lives because it expresses understanding of comfort, beauty, and adds value for the homes. Three aspects have to be combined when people start thinking about interior decoration: wall color, furniture and accessories.

Any room, whether it is an apartment or inside in your home looks dull and dull if the interior design is only bold painted walls and simple ordinary furniture â?? just like a uncontaminated place for surgical treatment.

This is especially right if, from the first look inside, what you see is this unexciting furniture that was bought from warehouses and looks exactly the same, like in other peopleâ??s homes â?? with the same framed pictures on the walls, the same light fixtures  – it does not have the atmosphere that a family will delight in life in. It is too unadorned, not unique, and is simple to forget.
